While there is a general process we follow to keep projects organized and efficient, no two projects are exactly alike. Every home presents its own opportunities and challenges, and every client has a unique vision. We adapt our services and timeline to fit the specific needs of your project while maintaining clear communication and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the design journey.
How it works
Consultation/ Discovery Phase
Where we discuss how you live, how you want to implement animals and kids in the space, what organization items you like and don't like. Overall this is where I dive into how you function and how I can implement your current and future daily routine into your space!
Ordering Phase
Once all items are selected, we move into ordering all furnishing, cabinetry, and items. We track each item and make sure there are no damages when orders come in!
Concept Design Presentation
The first look on how your space looks and works. We take everything you told us at the discovery phase and implement into a mood board, floorplan, and furniture plan. We make sure the design is starting to turn into everything you have ever dreamed of!
Bi-Weekly check ins & Site Visits
As most of the work on your end is complete, we still want to make sure you are updated and there is clear communication on how the project is going! During this process we will check in weekly on the project and have all floorplans, lighting plans, etc set up for the construction workers!
Final Design Presentation
The more detailed version of the concept design presentation where we finalized every detail through floorplans, furniture plans, lighting plans, 3D renderings, and selection of items before ordering items!
Final Phase
The final step in the design process! Where all items are placed and styled, pictures are taken, and you are ready to enjoy your dream home that is customized for you!
